This appears to be the same family although William (George W?) is slightly younger than expected.
The Frederick Chell listed on the 1881 census would have been 39 years old in 1917 and so is unlikely to be the person mentioned as killed in action. Did G.W and Ellen have another son or was the person killed in action their grandson?
